Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of the AREEP platform, including important medical and AI disclaimers.

Last updated: 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AREEP platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

AREEP is an AI-powered medical communication and knowledge platform. It connects messaging channels, hosts client-approved drug and product knowledge, and uses AI agents with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to help teams answer questions safely, with human escalation and analytics.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
  • Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, accounts, or systems.
  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
  • Keep your workspace credentials and API keys confidential.

3. Medical Disclaimer

AREEP does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. AI-generated answers are informational and based on the knowledge that clients upload. They must never be used to diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or provide emergency medical care for any person. Always direct urgent or clinical matters to qualified healthcare professionals.

4. AI Limitations

AI systems can make mistakes. Despite grounding answers in approved knowledge and escalating low-confidence cases, AREEP does not guarantee that every AI answer is accurate, complete, or appropriate. Clients remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and overseeing AI-generated communication, especially in healthcare contexts.

5. Client Responsibility for Uploaded Knowledge

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all knowledge files and content you upload. AREEP does not independently verify your uploaded medical or product content. You must ensure your knowledge base reflects current, approved, and compliant information for your jurisdiction.

6. No Emergency Medical Use

The Service must not be used for emergency medical situations, urgent clinical triage, or any life-critical communication. In any emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

7. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access. Workspaces and users are managed by authorized admins; the Service does not offer public self-registration.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may be affected by maintenance, third-party channel providers, network conditions, or incidents. Incident tracking is available in the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by AREEP or its licensors. You retain rights to the content you upload. You may not copy or resell the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AREEP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from use of the Service. Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Contact
